Why is Beau’s Kids Club Awesome?
What Age Should My Child Be Seen?
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children see an orthodontist as early as age seven. It is never too early to start kids on the way to a future full of smiles!!! The goal of early treatment is to correct the growth of the jaw and certain bite problems, such as underbite. Early treatment also helps to make room for permanent teeth to come in properly, lessening the chance of extractions in the future.
What Are The Benefits Of An Early Consult?
Your child’s oral growth and development will be monitored with Dr. Woods just like your child’ overall development is monitored with their medical doctor. This is essential to:
- Lessen the chance of the need for oral surgery or permanent teeth extractions
- Preventing problems early is more cost effective than later down the road
- Discover skeletal and dental abnormalities at an early age to guide facial growth, tooth eruptions and position
If your child is at least age 7, call today for a free consult. We will take x-rays and photos and monitor your child’s oral growth and development.
Your child will love being a member of Beau’s Kids Club!
